Wrap each item in a given list with quote marks.

Given text list can have one item per line, or be a single-line list delimited with commas, semicolons, or tabs.

Default quote character is double quotes.

OPTIONS:
• /lstqot ' → use single quotes

Can specify any character as the quoting character.

For single-line lists, the delimiter is guessed the same as in /txtsplita.

Cmd: lstqot = lst qot = list quote
