Return the number of items in a given list; the length or size of a list.

Given text list can have one item per line, or be a single-line list delimited with commas, semicolons, or tabs.

For single-line lists, the delimiter is guessed the same as in /txtsplita.

Empty lines at the beginning or end of a multi-line list will be ignored, but empty items between or after delimiters will not be.

Cmd: lstcnt = lst cnt = list count
