Convert Japanese year numbers to western year numbers; and vice versa. Get current year.

Default input is the current year.

EXAMPLES:
• 2013 → 平成 Heisei 25
• Heisei 25 → 2013
• h525 → 2013
• 平成 25 → 2013
• 25 → 2013 (assumption)

Assumptions: 1 or 2 digit years are Japanese. Era guess: year number <= current year number + 1 are current era, Heisei; otherwise previous era, Showa.

App only works for years 1868 and after.
